Service Description

PICAUDİO provides an AI-powered platform for generating and editing album cover art. Our service uses artificial intelligence to create custom artwork based on your inputs, including song titles, artist names, genres, moods, and visual prompts.

User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use PICAUDİO to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Create content that violates copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights
Generate explicit, adult, or inappropriate content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our service
Use automated systems to access the service without permission
Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the artwork you generate using PICAUDİO. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

AI-Generated Content

Artwork generated by our AI belongs to you, subject to the following conditions:

You may use AI-generated artwork for personal and commercial purposes
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
You may not claim that AI-generated content was created entirely by you without AI assistance
We reserve the right to use anonymized generation data to improve our AI models

Our Platform

PICAUDİO's platform, including our website, software, algorithms, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Commercial Use

Depending on your subscription tier, you may use AI-generated artwork for commercial purposes, including:

Album covers for music releases on streaming platforms
Promotional materials and marketing
Merchandise and physical products
Social media and digital content

Free tier users may have limitations on commercial use. Please review your subscription plan for details.

Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our refund policy
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Service Limitations

PICAUDİO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Specific quality or accuracy of AI-generated content
That generated content will meet your expectations
That our service will be available at all times

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PICAUDİO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PICAUDİO harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Data and Content Handling

We handle your data responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

Uploaded images are stored securely and used only for your projects
Song metadata and prompts are processed to generate artwork
We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models
You can delete your content and account at any time
We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

Violate these Terms and Conditions
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Abuse or misuse our service
Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and content.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Changes to Terms
